How to Practise Bhramari Pranayama
- Sit in a comfortable position in a place that is relatively free from pollution and disturbances
- Close your eyes and then place your index finger on the cartilage between your cheek and ears.
- Maintain a slight pressure on the cartilage and take a deep breath. While inhaling the air make loud humming sounds like that of a bee. You can regulate the pitch of the sound depending upon your level of comforts.
- This is just the first round, you should repeat this step at least 6-7 times every day for better result

- Practise Bhramari Pranayama in an empty stomach
- If you have heart related ailments then do not try to hold your breath for a long time.
- Try to practice this breathing exercise early in the morning, when the air is fresh
- Maintain a gap of at least 5 hours before any meal, if you intend to do it later in the day.
